"I have been using Shawn as an Agent for around 10 years. I always like that I can speak with him directly if I have a concern. I always hangup the phone or leave his office in a better mood than when I arrived. I don't live in the area anymore, but I still continue to use his office because of their level of customer service. His team is excellent at helping me with my needs in a timely manner and they're always pleasant to speak with. My insurance isn't something that I have to every worry about. "These guys are the best. So helpful and nice. We bundle our car and home insurance through them and also our bicycle insurance (Yes, bicycles. They're expensive- stop judging) Landry specifically was a big help to me just last week getting our new RV covered before it pulled off the lot. Then when the deal for the RV fell through unexpected Landry was quick to help us remove the insurance and get us a refund for the first month we paid. Thanks, y'all!"
